 Welcome to Colibri Laser Designs. By purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

• Each item is made with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise noted.
   
• Custom orders may require additional processing time; details will be provided during checkout or via email.
   

• All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
   
• Due to the handcrafted nature of my leather goods and the uniqueness of materials, slight variations in color and finish may occur.
   

• I do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.
   
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will make it right.
   
• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days, but buyer is responsible for return shipping.
   

• I ship to U.S. addresses via [USPS / UPS / etc. — you can add this here].
   
• Once your package is in transit, I am not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

• Full payment is required before work begins on any custom design.
